One of the most common complaints I hear from clinic owners (whether it’s physio, osteo, OT, or aesthetic clinics) is this:
👉 “I know I should be doing more marketing, but I just don’t have time.”
Between seeing patients, running a team, and managing the business, who really has hours to spend writing blogs, planning social posts, or dreaming up email campaigns?
But here’s the thing: content marketing is one of the best ways to grow your clinic — without relying on constant discounts or endless ad spend.
Good content builds trust. It attracts new patients. It keeps your clinic top of mind. And it helps you get found when people search online.
The problem? Most clinic owners don’t have the time or a simple system to make content happen consistently.
So here’s the exact approach I teach my clients — a way to create a full month of content in just one hour. And yes, with a little help from AI, it’s now even faster and easier.
Step 1: Start with your 5 most common patient questions
Think about your day-to-day patient conversations. What do people ask you — again and again?
For example:
- “How long will it take to get better?”
- “Do I need a referral?”
- “Can you help with X condition?”
- “How much will it cost?”
- “What can I do at home to speed up recovery?”
Write down 5 of these common questions. (You probably already know them without thinking too hard.)
These questions are marketing gold — because they’re the exact things potential patients are Googling, thinking about, or worrying about before they book an appointment.
Step 2: Turn each question into 4 pieces of content
Now take each question and turn it into:
✅ 1 Instagram post (image, short reel or carousel)
✅ 1 Google Business Profile post
✅ 1 short blog article for your website (300–500 words is enough)
✅ 1 short email tip for your database
That’s 4 pieces of content from one question.
If you do this for 5 questions, you’ve got:
→ 5 questions
→ 20 pieces of content
→ about 1 hour of your time
Step 3: Let AI do the heavy lifting
Here’s where it gets even faster. AI tools like ChatGPT can help you draft these pieces of content in minutes.
For example, you can prompt AI with:
“Write a 300-word blog post answering the question: ‘How long will it take to recover from plantar fasciitis?’”
Or:
“Give me 5 Instagram caption ideas for a physio clinic on why patients don’t need a referral.”
Of course, you’ll want to tweak and personalise the outputs — so they sound like you and reflect your clinic’s tone of voice. But AI can give you a great first draft to work from, saving hours of writing time.
Many of my clients now use AI as their “marketing assistant” — helping them create content faster while staying consistent.
Why this approach works (and saves you time)
✅ You’re starting with content patients actually care about — because you’re answering their real questions.
✅ You’re creating once, but repurposing across multiple platforms (Google, socials, website, email).
✅ You’re building trust and improving SEO — without needing to spend big on ads.
✅ And with AI, you can go from “blank page” to 20 pieces of content… in around an hour.
Final thoughts
You don’t need to spend 5–10 hours a week on marketing. You don’t need to chase the latest trends on Instagram or hire an expensive content agency.
You just need a smart, simple system — and the right tools.
